1. Service

EcomTrade24 Pay provides software tools that help merchants initiate and manage payment flows. Merchants remain responsible for their shops, products, customers, and compliance obligations.

2. One-time packages

Packages are one-time payments that unlock software features (e.g., shop limits). No subscriptions are required.

3. Merchant responsibility

Merchants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. No warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Availability may vary based on provider uptime and network conditions.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcomTrade24 Pay is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the package in the last 12 months.
