Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines which activities and business models are supported on the platform and which are strictly prohibited.
Supported & Allowed Use
The platform is designed for merchants operating in both standard and higher-risk industries. The following activities are generally supported, subject to review and ongoing monitoring:
- Digital goods and services (SaaS, subscriptions, downloads).
- Affiliate marketing and lead generation.
- Adult content and adult services involving consenting adults.
- Dating platforms and social communities.
- Travel services, ticketing, and booking agencies.
- E-commerce stores selling legal physical goods.
- Online education, coaching, and consulting services.
- Crypto-related services where crypto is used strictly as a payment or settlement method.
- High-risk business models that are legal in their operating jurisdictions.
Note: Some payment methods (e.g. fiat-to-crypto onramps, card payments) may be restricted to approved merchants only and may require additional verification or controls.
Strictly Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate suspension or termination:
- Illegal goods, services, or activities under applicable law.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive business practices.
- Misrepresentation of products, pricing, or business identity.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
- Unlicensed financial services, investment schemes, or Ponzi schemes.
- Sale or distribution of malware, exploits, hacking tools, or botnets.
- Child sexual abuse material or any content involving minors.
- Human trafficking, prostitution involving coercion, or exploitation.
- Weapons, explosives, or instructions to cause physical harm.
- Hate speech, extremist propaganda, or terrorist-related content.
- Drugs or controlled substances where illegal.
- Use of stolen payment credentials or unauthorized payment methods.
Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are fully responsible for:
- The legality of their business and content in all applicable jurisdictions.
- Accurate representation of products and services.
- Customer support, dispute handling, and refund policies.
- Compliance with consumer protection and advertising laws.
- Providing requested documentation when required for risk review.
The platform provides software, checkout, and settlement infrastructure only and does not act as the merchant of record.
Enforcement & Monitoring
We reserve the right to review, monitor, suspend, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if activity violates this policy, applicable law, or poses unacceptable risk to the platform or its partners.
Enforcement actions may include payment method restrictions, temporary holds, account suspension, or permanent termination without prior notice.
