Role and fund-flow disclosure

Software infrastructure — not an investment or trading platform.

EcomTrade24 Pay provides checkout integration, provider-routing logic, APIs, plugins, webhooks, transaction-status monitoring and merchant operations software. External providers perform customer onboarding, KYC/AML checks, card or bank payment acceptance and payment-method execution under their own terms.

Technical software layer

EcomTrade24 creates and tracks checkout sessions, connects merchants to supported providers and records technical status events.

Independent providers

The selected provider decides whether to accept the customer, performs required identity checks and processes the selected payment method.

Merchant sale

The merchant remains the seller and is responsible for products, fulfilment, refunds, taxes, customer support and legal compliance.

Non-Custodial Settlement V3

Deterministic contracts replace session private keys.

For V3 checkout sessions, the deposit address is a deterministic smart-contract address on Polygon and Ethereum. EcomTrade24 does not possess a private key for that session address.

The session contract has immutable merchant-vault, platform-wallet and fee parameters. Its public settlement functions cannot choose another recipient or change the fee.

Merchant amounts accumulate in chain-specific vault contracts. A vault can release assets only to the merchant wallet fixed when the vault is created.

Current public status: V3 enabled for configured settlement merchants.

What EcomTrade24 does not offer

No investments, trading accounts or promised returns.

  • No securities, investment products, brokerage or portfolio management.
  • No crypto-trading account, managed account, yield product or profit display.
  • No solicitation of investment deposits and no promise of financial returns.
  • No customer card or bank account operated by EcomTrade24.
  • No authority to override a provider’s KYC, AML, sanctions or payment decision.

EcomTrade24 Pay is an independently operated software product. It is not affiliated with, operated by, or presented as the legal successor of the former German company named ECOMTRADE24 Limited, HRB 114111 B. The current platform does not claim or use that former entity’s registration.
