Crypto payment gateway for ecommerce

Accept crypto in your online store — without manual wallet checking.

EcomTrade24 Pay turns direct wallet and exchange transfers into tracked ecommerce payment sessions. Customers choose a supported asset and network, receive an exact amount and QR code, and your store can update automatically when the payment is detected.

The platform is positioned around customers who already own crypto. Card and local payment methods remain optional fiat-to-crypto purchase routes rather than being presented as ordinary card acquiring.

Direct crypto is the primary payment rail. Optional card and local payment routes are third-party fiat-to-crypto purchase services; availability and identity verification depend on the provider and transaction.

Direct wallet payments

Customers can pay from compatible wallets or exchanges without creating an EcomTrade24 customer account. The checkout focuses on the exact asset, network, amount and payment address.

Ecommerce automation

Instead of asking staff to search a block explorer and match transfers manually, sessions provide payment IDs, status history, callbacks and store order updates.

Crypto-first, not crypto-only

Merchants can keep optional third-party card, bank and local purchase routes for customers who do not already own crypto, while the direct-crypto route remains the recommended path.

Why crypto-first

A crypto gateway should be better than displaying a wallet address.

Many merchants already accept Bitcoin, USDT or USDC manually because crypto gives them an additional international payment rail. The weak point is operational: customers can send the wrong amount or network, staff must check transactions, and the shop order may remain unpaid until somebody verifies the transfer.

EcomTrade24 Pay adds the missing ecommerce layer. A checkout session knows the order amount, selected asset, network, provider payment ID and merchant order reference. That makes payment status usable by WooCommerce, custom stores and support teams.

Stablecoins + major assets

Lead with the assets customers are most likely to recognize.

The checkout does not force hundreds of assets into the customer’s face. Popular choices are surfaced first and the complete supported catalog is available through search. Stablecoins can be especially useful for ecommerce because the purchase value is easier to understand than a volatile coin amount.

USDC Polygon is deliberately highlighted in the EcomTrade24 experience when it is available, while the customer must still use the exact network shown by the checkout. USDT, BTC, ETH, SOL and other supported assets remain available according to the live NOWPayments catalog and merchant configuration.

Merchant operations

Know what happened after the customer clicked Pay.

Every payment should create an operational trail: session creation, selected method, provider payment ID, status changes and final paid state. That is useful for customer support, abandoned checkout analysis and reconciliation.

For supported V3 settlement workflows, the merchant’s configured settlement destinations and the platform fee logic remain separate from the customer-facing choice. EcomTrade24 should not market legal conclusions from the architecture; it should document the actual technical fund flow clearly.

Fiat fallback

Keep card and local methods, but describe them accurately.

A customer who does not own crypto may still be able to purchase crypto through an independent provider using a card, bank transfer or local method. That experience is not the same as conventional merchant card acquiring. Provider eligibility, limits and identity verification can apply.

Putting that distinction in the checkout and API documentation prevents the wrong merchant expectation. EcomTrade24 can be a strong crypto checkout without promising a “Stripe without KYC” experience that third-party onramps cannot reliably provide.

FAQ

Questions merchants ask before switching.

Does the customer need an EcomTrade24 account?

Not for the direct crypto checkout. The customer uses a compatible wallet or exchange and follows the asset, network, amount and address displayed for the payment session.

Which cryptocurrencies can customers use?

Availability is loaded from the live supported crypto catalog. The checkout can surface popular assets such as USDC, USDT, BTC and ETH first while keeping the full supported catalog searchable.

Can I use EcomTrade24 with WooCommerce?

Yes. The WooCommerce integration exposes direct crypto as the recommended EcomTrade24 method and can update the order when the payment completes.

Can customers still use a card?

Where available, a customer can use an independent fiat-to-crypto provider. That provider controls eligibility, supported countries, limits and any required identity verification.

Is EcomTrade24 a custodial exchange?

The product is presented as merchant checkout and payment-status software with non-custodial settlement workflows where configured. Merchants should review the actual technical fund flow and applicable legal requirements for their business.

How is Direct Crypto priced?

Direct Crypto has separate plan-based EcomTrade24 rates shown on the pricing page. Provider, conversion or blockchain network costs may apply separately depending on the route.

Replace manual crypto instructions with a real checkout.

Start with direct crypto, automatic order confirmation and the integration that fits your store. Keep third-party fiat-to-crypto purchase routes only as an optional fallback.
