Free is not limited to manual links only. Merchants can use supported shop-system plugins, Shopify Bridge and API connections. Pro adds Smart Routing, broader payment method coverage and a lower EcomTrade24 service rate.

Pro is built for checkout recovery and method coverage: Card, PayPal-style routes, Klarna, iDEAL, Revolut, Cash App, Venmo, UPI, PIX, Open Banking and crypto/USDC routes where available.

Fee logic

Choose who pays the EcomTrade24 service fee.

With customer-paid service fees, there is no E24 fee deduction from the merchant order amount. Split or merchant-paid fees reduce the merchant payout. Fiat/on-ramp pricing remains 10% for Instant and Free (8% for eligible Free promotions), 6% for Pro and 4–5% for Unlimited depending on the selected fee-payer mode. Direct Crypto is priced separately: 2.5% Free, 1.5% Pro and 1% Unlimited. Provider/network costs may apply separately.
